About

Katerina Psaltos is a womenswear designer with an affinity for romanticism, illusion, chaos, and imperfection. She often finds herself drawn to unexpected, awkward sources of beauty, organic shapes, and gothic elements.  As a distinctly feminine designer, Katerina tends to use drapery, print, and textile manipulation to accentuate the assets of the women she adorns.  Though time-consuming, the love she puts into her hand-made textiles demonstrates her attention to detail and her genuine passion for craft.

She is a graduate of Parsons School of Design with a BFA in Fashion Design and a minor in Creative Entrepreneurship. In fall 2020, she was selected as a Fashion Scholarship Fund finalist in recognition of her case study which explored a conceptual fashion brand of cognitive behavioral therapy clothing.
