RETURNS
To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:
–Return Authorization must be requested within 7 calendar days of your delivered date.–Be in its original, unworn, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.–If a purchase is worn for any types of photoshoot, red carpet, press or events, it is considered used and is no longer eligible for return.–Be returned with original uncut tags, authenticity certificate, care label and packaging.–Be returned undamaged. Our quality control ensures all items are in pristine condition before they are being shipped to you. Damaged or snagged items are ineligible for returns and will be sent back to your original shipping address. It is the customer's responsibility to handle with care and ensure the pristine condition of the items during the return process.–Preorders and custom orders are not available for return.
Katerina Psaltos LLC reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
To initiate a return, please email us at shop@katerinapsaltos.com. If and when your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, that has to be shipped within 5 business days to be valid. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We retain the right to deny any return request. Please note, due to the nature of the products and processing fees, all items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additional usage or damage fees may apply. Shipping fees, duties and taxes are non-refundable.
 
It is the responsibility of the customer to enter the correct shipping address details. We will do our best to help you change the address prior to the order being shipped. However, once an order has been shipped, it is up to the customer to contact the courier directly with the tracking number provided to change the shipping address. The customer is responsible for all costs arising out of this issue.
 
 
REFUNDS
A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account. Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
